The heaviest section: 50 questions in 60 minutes dominated by human anatomy and physiology, plus biology, chemistry, and scientific reasoning. Body systems are the highest-yield study area on the entire TEAS.

The largest scored section after Science: 45 questions in 55 minutes covering key ideas and details, craft and structure, and integration of knowledge and ideas. Expect passages followed by questions on main idea, inference, author's purpose, text structure, and evaluating arguments and sources.

38 questions in 57 minutes split between numbers and algebra (fractions, percentages, proportions, equations) and measurement and data (unit conversion, statistics, graphs, geometry). A four-function calculator is provided, so the section rewards setup and reasoning over raw arithmetic.

37 questions in 37 minutes — the fastest-paced section. Covers conventions of standard English (grammar, punctuation, spelling), knowledge of language (style, clarity, organization), and using vocabulary, including building word meaning from roots, prefixes, and suffixes.
