Agent Access Control

Agent access control is how admins configure which users or groups can discover and use agents, managed within the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Agent access control governs which users or groups can install and use a given agent within Microsoft 365 Copilot experiences. Admins manage this from the Integrated apps section of the Microsoft 365 admin center, choosing to make an agent available to all users, to specific users and security groups, or to block it. For the exam, distinguish access control (who may use an approved agent) from agent approval (whether the agent is permitted in the tenant at all). Scoping availability to a pilot group is the recommended approach before broad rollout.
