Copilot Analytics

Copilot Analytics surfaces adoption and usage data through two surfaces: the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard in Viva Insights and the Microsoft 365 admin center usage reports. The Dashboard shows aggregated metrics such as active users, adoption, sentiment, and feature-level engagement across apps like Teams, Outlook, and Word. The admin center report gives basic license utilization and per-app activity. The key exam distinction is depth: the Dashboard is included with Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing (no separate paid Viva Insights license needed), and its richer behavioral insights scale with the number of assigned Copilot or Viva Insights licenses.
