The Power Platform admin center is the portal used to manage Copilot Studio message capacity, environments, and environment-level agent governance.
The Microsoft Power Platform admin center (admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com) is the primary portal for managing Copilot Studio agents at the environment level. Administrators use it to allocate Copilot Studio message capacity, manage the environments where agents are built and deployed, apply data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and control which connectors agents may use. It is also where environments are linked to an Azure subscription through a billing policy for Copilot Studio pay-as-you-go consumption. Environment isolation, DLP enforcement, and capacity management are governed here rather than in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
